These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Pictaphone (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the Pictaphone game on iOS and the web (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Pictaphone is a free, multiplayer telephone-style drawing game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
“User Content” means the display names, prompts, guesses, and drawings you create. You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing it to the other players in your game and, where applicable, in an in-app gallery. You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and confirm you have the right to share it.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Pictaphone. You agree that you will not create, submit, or share User Content, and will not behave in a way, that:
We filter names and text for prohibited language, and the game lets you report content you find objectionable and block the player who created it. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — typically within 24 hours. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content, hide it from others, and block a device or player from the Service. By using the Service you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and that we may enforce this as described.
Don't attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, reverse engineer it, access it through automated means, or interfere with other players' use of it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. User Content is created by players and does not represent our views; we are not responsible for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from any User Content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
